Turbo acceleration vs supercharged acceleration?

I owned a 05 Grand Prix GTP w/ comp g. It had a 3.8l OHV Supercharged V6 4spd auto, putting out 260hp and 280 lb-ft torque. When manually shifting the car via tap shift paddles I could never overtake another vehicle in 4th. I always had to downshift. I bought a 07 Saab 9-3 2.0T saloon. It has a 2.0l DOHC Turbocharged 4 5spd auto, putting out 210hp and 220 lb-ft torque, but if I want to overtake another vehicle in manual mode, I can do it in 4th or 5th and it accelerates faster than the Grand Prix did. Why is this?

1994 pontiac grand prix gtp pulls?

I have a 1994 pontiac grand prix gtp. its an automatic front wheel drive and it pulls to the left hard during acceleration and gear change. I checked all the tires for proper air and size. It only pulls when i accelerate at from a start and through out driving. It doesn't pull during any other time like slowing, braking or driving strait. what could it be?

Is it okay to torture spiders?

I have a friend who likes to take spiders and hang them by the legs. Then he twirls them around until the leg becomes detached. Then, he picks them up again, and repeats the process until most of the legs are gone. When I saw him do this, large blood-red globs formed at the sites at which the legs had been lost. Is it a good idea to do this?

Is my i5 core temp right?

i have a hp 3046TX laptop. my config is 2.66Ghz i5 M430 processor, 4 GB ram, 1 GB ATI graphics card etc etc.. my problem is that i think my core temperatures are running too high. i had downloaded speedfan and also real temp and my idle core temps are 35 to 40*C . i had done a prime95 torture large FFT's test and at 100 % CPU usage my temp is showing 95 to 99*C on my ATI GPU and 85 to 95*C on my intel GPU. my vents are cleaned as hell and my fans are also working. im in a doubt that is it just me or is my CPU over heating? please let me know if anyone else is also getting this type of reading. and ya i run my laptop on the table and in a A/C environment. please help and clear my doubts. thanks
