Should I trade my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a sportier car?

I have a1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I love it. But Ive owned cars before it that were nice and were fast too. I got my jeep cheap but I'm getting the itch to trade it away. I was looking for a Grand Prix GTP or a 3 series BMW. What should I do? There really isnt anything wrong with the jeep. Just want some advice.
