How do i know if he really loves me?

okay so he ssaays that he loves me! but this is his 3rd chance! (the 3nd chance was) he waas talkin to other girls n flirting with them...n telling them that..... he loves them.... but then i broke up with him... and he cried! and like a week later he couldnt take it anymore so he told me n that he was so sorry that he screwed up! that he would NEVER do that again!! and that he loves me and ONLY me!! so i gave him another chance! and when i broke up with him that all he was thinking about was me! 24/7! that he didnt text any girls! all he did was try and get me back!! n grrr!! idk what to do! so we are back together when he told me that! we have been together for uhhh a week now but before that a month! :/ and yeah ive been spending a lot of time with him! we went to a lake with my father! and we walked some trail then out in the woods he turned to me... he looks me in the eye and goes.. "Kc i love you to much! you mean the world to me! i want to be with you and only you! im sorry i did that to you i screwed up!" n i go i love you too!! n put my head on his chest n i look back up n he kissed me <3 i his kisses almost make me die!!! grr so do u think he really truly loves me?
