2004 Grand Prix GTP Comp G?

I have found what looks like an awesome car and I'm wondering if anybody can tell me anything about them. Its a 04 GTP Competition Group. It has every option I wanted for my next car and I think that I can probably get it for a decent price (we live in MN and there is no snow in the pictures). Can anybody tell me if there is anything wrong with these cars that happen around 100k plus miles? Also how do they handle in snow and ice? Thanks
