High pitched noise from my car?

Ok, i have a 95 Grand Prix GTP and it has been running fine ever since i got it, i just now had a power steering pump put on because my other one went bad and now i have this high pitched squeaking nose when im driving down the road sometimes, everytime i turn my wheel to the right, everytime i hit the brakes, and sometimes with i hit a dip or bump on the road, its not like a power steering squeal either, it just sounds like a squeak, idk how to explain it really, its just really high pitched, and when i get into a small corridor or crowded traffic area, it even hurts my ears, thanks for the help!
