Would it be a low, normal, or high insurance rate for a grand prix GTP?

I would assume that it would be high, as it is a 240 horse supercharged pontiac, but there might be a lucky break for its insurance(i hope). this is because my dad owns a buick regal with the same 240 horse motor, and the car is half as expensive to insure as my moms buick lesabre that has nothing but old person written on it. oh, and seprately, what if i said a 16 year old drove the car(im not saying im 16, i cant do that here)... haha, insurance for a 16 year old to dive a supercharged pontiac? wow... anyway thanks!
