1997 grand prix gtp supercharged need to hotwire fuel pump?

we think the pump is bad but its only 2 months old. how do we start the fuel pump by bridging or using a paperclip some places say jump #20 and #87 but I dont see any fuses or relays for 87. Any help would be appreciated. Please dont suggest B.S. we arent stupid
