Could my little dog have tick fever?

I have an 8 year-old dog who is showing a little anemia, her GTP and ALT tests are near zero, however her platelets are a bit low. Last time I know she had contact with any tick it was about 2 years ago. She seems fine, very active, as always. Could it be tick fever?
