Her mom makes her drink her urine?

my friend is 20 years old and her moms bin torturing her since she came back into her life(11yearsold). shes stood up to her and she abuses her and her dad doesnt do much. About 2 weeks ago her mom forced her to drink her urine. and she made her do it 3 days ago and again about an hour ago. I never knew she was abused. When i found out i asked my dad if she can stay with us because of her situation and he said no because he said its not our problem. she told her dad that her mom made her drink her urine and he lauphed and didnt believe her. What do i do? I offered for her to move in with me when i get my own place in 2 months but shes scared to leave. Advice?
