I have a 99 gtp i just replaced the pass. cv axle and the boot keeps falling off what would cause thet?

i put a new axle on it the next day i put brakes and noticed that the boot popped off so i re greased it and put a new clamp drove like 30 miles checked it and it was off again what would cause that????
