Will Bondo crack/crumble if i put a 2,500WATT system in a car with previous bodywork?

Vehicle is an 02 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP 40th Anniversary 4 door sedan. Bodywork was done on front quarter driverside, upper portion of driverside door, rear quarter driverside. Not sure how long ago someone done the bodywork, but whoever done it didn't do a professional sanding. Paint was redone & closely matched. I'm concerned of vibrations & flexing. Has anyone had problems with bondo & stereo vibration / flex?
