Wind shield wiper help?

i have a 98 grand prix gtp the wind shield wipers are messed up, there out of sync ones a little faster then the other, i was driving and it went to far off the window and got stuck on the mirror, i think it needs some sort of a adjustment i just dont know how any idea how? thanks
