Xbox 360 games with good Splitscreen multi-player?

A friend and I like to play games together but neither of us have Live. So does anyone know good games with splitscreen? Preferably T-Rated, but M-Rated is okay, as we're both under 17, but we can both play M games as long as they're not like interactive torture machines or the likes.
