How to het a car that goes 0-60 in 6.6 seconds down to 6 seconds?

A grand prix gtp has a blown 240 horse v6 that pushes it to 60mph in 6.6 seconds. what would be needed to get that time down to 6 seconds? a smaller blower pulley and intake? thanks!
