I'm pregnant at 15, accident, want to be responsible?

Okay so my parents don't really like my boyfriend, he's 16 and poor lives with his mother and no father, and i'm 15 and middle class, uhhh my mom is one of those moms who likes to drink, she just got a devorce, and she is up her boyfriends *** all the time, but she's pretty strict with me well at least now and she knows we have sex, and we smoked pot, but recently she has made us both quit smoking and grounded me from seeing him for two weeks, but is allowing me to see him this weekend and continue my grounding through out the week and then she'd SEE about letting me see him friday. WELL, i'm pregnant. and I want it, and Ill do anything for it and so will he. Please help and give advice. My parents are both really strict preppy
