Uhhh i'm not sure guy problems?

I don't wanna say my age so i'm not going to. (I'm over 12) Okay so there's this guy and I liked him in ****** Grade, but he didn't like me. So in ***** Grade he liked me and asked me out but I rejected him. But finally over the summer I said yes but he was to nervous to even to talk to me so we broke up. In ***** Grade he liked me in the beginning of the year, but there were other girls. So I have no idea if he was flirting but one day I was walking down the hall and he said go you big headed B****. So I was furious! But I just ignored it and moved on. But lately there's been a lot of tornados & we had to go underground. Well, he was at the same shelter. Like every time we would meet eyes and giggle and smile. But its summer now so is he using me as a summer girlfriend? Truth is right now I am not worried about guys. There are other more important things then them. But there's something about him I don't know what? Please no negative comments, I really just want advice.
